AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE PURCHASE OF DECORATIVE STREET
LIGHTS, AND DIRECTING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO REIMBURSE THE COSTS OF
THE LIGHTS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract between
the Museum of the American Quilters Society, Inc., and the City of Paducah, Kentucky, for
reimbursement in the amount of $30,024.00 for decorative street lights to be placed along
Jefferson Street and Water Street.
SECTION 2. That the Finance Director is hereby directed to reimburse the
American Quilters Society, Inc., the amount of $30,024.00 for the lights.

SECTION 3. Funds will be expended from the St. Traffic -Decorative Lighting
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
