AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL FOR
ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION SERVICES FOR THE
HVAC SYSTEMS AT CITY HALL AND THE PADUCAH POLICE DEPARTMENT,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS RELATING
TO SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accepts the proposal of Marcum
Engineering, LLC, in the amounts of $20,985.00 for City Hall and $54,565.00 for the
Paducah Police Department for full engineering and construction administration services
for renovations and improvements to the HVAC systems.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute contracts with
Marcum Engineering, LLC, for engineering and construction administration services for
HVAC systems for City Hall and the Paducah Police Department according to all
contract documents heretofore approved.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged through the following
project accounts: PF0028—City Hall; PF0034 Police Station.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
