AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE DEED OF
CONVEYANCE FOR ACQUISITION OF A PORTION OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 405
SOUTH 2ND STREET
01 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Deed of Conveyance

and all documents relating to same, between the City of Paducah and CSX Transportation, Inc.,
for acquisition of a portion of property (0.1733 acres, more or less) located at 405 South 2nd
Street for development of the four Rivers Performing Arts Center project, for and in
consideration of $8,500.00.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be processed through the Four Rivers Center
project account PF0023.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
