ORDINANCE NO. 2004-2-6757
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A DEED OF
CONVEYANCE AND ALL OTHER DOCUMENTS RELATING TO SAME FOR
ACCEPTING DONATION OF A PORTION OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4520 VILLAGE
SQUARE DRIVE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Deed of Conveyance
and all other documents relating to same between the City of Paducah and Strawberry Hill, LLC
for accepting a donation of a portion of property (1.5995 acres) located at 4520 Village Square
Drive for the Pecan Drive Roadway Improvement Project.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
