ORDINANCE NO. 2004-1-6751
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A MASTER AGREEMENT AND ALL DOCUMENTS RELATING THERETO
WITH THE KENTUCKY DIVISION OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT (DEM) FOR A
2003 HOMELAND SECURITY EQUIPMENT GRANT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a Master
Agreement and all documents relating thereto with the Kentucky Division of Emergency
Management (DEM) to obtain a grant in the amount of $50,000.00 for a 2003 Homeland Security
Equipment Grant for the Paducah Police Department.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Homeland Security Equpment
Grant, project no. PO0016.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
