ORDINANCE NO. 2004-1-6750
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
DEED FOR THE PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTIES BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH
AND AUTHORIZE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR SAID PURCHASE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a deed and all
documents necessary for the purchase of real properties located at 141 Custis and 145
Todd in the amount of $500.00 by the City of Paducah.
SECTION 2. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer $912.00, ($500 acquisition of property; $412 legal costs) from the Commission
Contingency account to the Planning Department's Services -Other account.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to the Planning
Department, Services — Other account.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
