AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE DEED OF
CONVEYANCE FOR ACQUISITION OF A PORTION OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5403
BUCKNER LANE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Deed of Conveyance
between the City of Paducah and Mary Judith Wilkey, and her husband Jerry A. Wilkey for
acquisition of a portion of property (0.3261 acres) located at 5403 Buckner Lane for the Pecan
Drive/Buckner Lane Roadway Improvement Project, for and in consideration of $2,600.00.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Pecan Dr/Buckner Lane Ext.
Right -of -Way acquisition account (ST0021).
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
