AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A DEED OF
CONVEYANCE AND ALL OTHER DOCUMENTS RELATING TO SAME FOR
ACCEPTING DONATION OF A PORTION OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 180 PECAN

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Deed of Conveyance
and all other documents relating to same between the City of Paducah and Baptist Healthcare
System, Inc., for accepting a donation of a portion of property located at 180 Pecan Drive for the
Pecan Drive Roadway Improvement Project, and being more particularly described as follows:

PERMANENT RIGHT OF WAY
Being a portion of the property located at 180 Pecan Drive Paducah,
McCracken County, Kentucky, and being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at a point on the Pecan Drive existing right of way line 14.62
feet right of Pecan Drive station 103+05.96; Thence with the northern
property line S 55°17'36" E, 101.87 feet to a point on the northern
property line 69.91 feet left of Pecan Drive station 103+62.56; Thence
with the northern property line S 83°31'28" E, 5.11 feet to a point on the
proposed right of way line 75.00 feet left of Pecan Drive station
103+63.04; Thence with the proposed right of way line S 7°03'35" W,
317.48 feet to a point on the proposed right of way line 50.00 feet left of
Pecan Drive station 106+76.31; Thence with the proposed right of way
line S 4°02'29" W, 62.29 feet to a point on the southern property line
50.00 feet left of Pecan Drive station 107+38.60; Thence with the
southern property line N 80°30'31" W, 52.45 feet to a point on the Pecan
Drive existing right of way line 2.22 feet right of Pecan Drive station
107+33.62; Thence with the Pecan Drive existing right of way line N
2°08'45" E, 241.19 feet to a point on the Pecan Drive existing right of way
line 7.38 feet right of Pecan Drive station 104+92.31; Thence with the
Pecan Drive existing right of way line along an arc 186.22 feet to the left,
having a radius of 1794.20 feet, the chord of which is N 0°50'03" W,
186.14 feet to a point on the Pecan Drive existing right of way line 14.62
feet right of Pecan Drive station 103+05.96 and the Point of Beginning.
The above-described parcel contains 0.6196 acres (2,990 sq ft).
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS
