AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH WDH ECOLOGICAL SERVICES FOR
DEVELOPMENT OF A MANAGEMENT MASTER PLAN FOR THE CITY OF
PADUCAH' S GREENWAY TRAIL
0 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a contract with EDH Ecological Services in the amount of $11,000.00 to provide services
for a natural resources management master plan for the City's Greenway Trail.
SECTION 2. Funding in the amount of $5,500 is provided through a 2004
Urban and Community Forestry Grant and the local match of $5,500 will be provided
through project account PA0032.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
