AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH J.J.B. HILLIARD, W.L. LYONS, INC., FOR
SERVICES TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH AS FINANCIAL ADVISOR FOR
ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS
0 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1 That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a
an agreement between the City of Paducah and J.J.B. Hilliard, W.L. Lyons, Inc., for
providing services to the City as Financial Advisor for issuance of General Obligation
Bonds in the approximate amount of $5,000,000.
SECTION 2. The Finance Director will process expenditures through
account Bond Issue — 2004.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
