AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR THE
DEVELOPMENT OF A RECREATIONAL SKATEPARK
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor of the City of Paducah is hereby authorized and
directed to execute an agreement with Lose & Associates, Inc. in the amount of $15,000.00 for
architectural services for the development of a recreational skatepark.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to the Skatepark Project account
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
