AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING AND APPROVING THE MAYOR'S
EXECUTION OF A LETTER OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY, AND DENNIS WHOLEY ENTERPRISES, INC. FOR PRODUCTION OF
"THIS IS AMERICA" PROGRAM
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah hereby ratifies and approves the Mayor's
execution of a Letter of Agreement between The City of Paducah, Kentucky, and Dennis Wholey
Enterprises, Inc., for production of "This Is America" program in the amount of $30,000. This
agreement will expire December 31, 2006.
SECTION 2. This expenditure will be funded through Planning Dept. National
Marketing account.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
