AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH MOTOROLA FOR FY 2006-2007
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a
service agreement with Motorola for all city -owned radios in the amount of $51,990.12.
This contract shall expire June 30, 2007.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to various departments.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chaster 424.
