ORDINANCE NO. 2006-6-7130
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A FIRST AMENDMENT TO LEASE AMONG THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, THE COUNTY OF MCCRACKEN, KENTUCKY AND
THE PADUCAH MCCRACKEN COUNTY INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 2004-4-6795, the City of Paducah entered
into a lease among the City of Paducah, Kentucky, the County of McCracken, Kentucky
and the Paducah -McCracken County Industrial Development Authority for real estate
located within Industrial Park West of the City of Paducah, McCracken County,
Kentucky; and
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah, Kentucky, the County of McCracken,
Kentucky, and the Paducah -McCracken County Industrial Development Authority now
desire to amend the Lease for installation of a sign for the Industrial Park West.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah approves the "First Amendment to
Lease" among the City of Paducah, Kentucky, the County of McCracken, Kentucky, and
the Paducah -McCracken County Industrial Development Authority. This amendment
will allow the installation of a sign for the Industrial Park West at the corner of
I Commerce Drive and Olivet Church Road.
SECTION 2. That the City of Paducah hereby authorizes and directs the
Mayor to execute the amendment to lease approved in Section 1 above.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapker 424.
