AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT FOR GAS CONSTRUCTION REQUIRED FOR THE
PECAN DRIVEBUCKNER LANE ROADWAY PROJECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah hereby authorizes the Mayor to execute an
agreement between Atmos Energy and the City of Paducah, Kentucky, for reimbursement for
actual labor and materials necessary for gas construction to complete the Pecan Drive/Buckner
Lane Roadway Project, estimated at $29,500.00.
SECTION 2. Funds will be expended from Project Account ST0026.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
