AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT
FOR STAFF SUPPORT FOR THE PADUCAH GASEOUS DIFFUSION PLANT
STRATEGIC UTILIZATION TASK FORCE, AND AUTHORIZING AND
i DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah approves an Interlocal Agreement
between the City of Paducah, Kentucky, McCracken County, Kentucky, and the Purchase
Area Development District for staff support for the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant
Strategic Utilization Task Force.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to
execute the Interlocal Agreement referred to in Section 1 above.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read, on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
