AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE PADUCAH HOUSING AUTHORITY FOR
REPAIR OF STORM SEWERS WITHIN ELLA MUNAL COURT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah hereby authorizes the Mayor to execute a
contract between Paducah Housing Authority and the City of Paducah, Kentucky, for
reimbursement to the City of materials and man-hours, estimated at $10,000, to repair an existing
storm drainage system within Ella Munal Court.
SECTION 2. Funds will be expended from the MAP Fund Account.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
