AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT AND ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN FUNDS FROM
THE GOVERNOR'S OFFICE FOR LOCAL DEVELOPMENT FOR OPERATIONAL
FUNDS FOR THE FOUR RIVERS BEHAVIORAL HEALTH RECOVERY CENTER
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an agreement
and all documents necessary with the Governor's Office for Local Development to obtain
funds in the amount of $300,000 to be used for staffing and start-up costs for the Four
Rivers Behavioral Health Recovery Center. This grant will be administered by the
Purchase Area Development District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
