AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A 2013 FORD
ESCAPE FOR USE BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH'S FIRE DEPARTMENT/FIRE
PREVENTION DIVISION
( WHEREAS, these vehicles are available under State Contract No. MA 758-
1100000908, and competitive bidding is not required.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Finance Director is authorized to pay the total sum of
$22,028.00 to Wildcat Ford -Lincoln, for the purchase of one 2013 Ford Escape for the City of
Paducah's Fire Department/Fire Prevention Division, in compliance with Kentucky State
Purchasing Contract.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Rolling Stock/Vehicles — Fleet
Lease Trust Fund account -071-0210-542-4005.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
