AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A DEED OF
CONVEYANCE AND ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR ACQUISITION OF REAL
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 202 COLONIAL DRIVE AND 208 COLONIAL DRIVE FOR
THE PECAN DRIVEBUCKNER LANE ROADWAY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Deed of Conveyance
and all documents relating to same, between Ernest J. Perdue, Jr. and wife, Virginia Ann Perdue,
for acquisition of real property located at 202 and 208 Colonial Drive to be used for right of way
for the development of the Pecan Drive/Buckner Lane Roadway Improvement Project, for and in
consideration of $50,000.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be processed through Project #ST0021.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
