AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A DEED OF
CONVEYANCE AND ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR ACQUISITION OF REAL
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5045 ALBEN BARKLEY DRIVE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Deed of Conveyance
and all documents relating to same, between Burton A. Washburn, III and wife, Mary Kay
Washburn, for acquisition of real property located at 5045 Alben Barkley Drive for the
development of the Pecan Drive/Buckner Lane Roadway Improvement Project, for and in
consideration of $240,000.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be processed through Project #ST0021.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
