AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL FOR THE
COMMISSION CHAMBER SOUND SYSTEM UPGRADE AT CITY HALL, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS RELATING TO
C, SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accepts the proposal of Southern
Business Communications in the amount of $22,758.39 for upgrade of the Commission
Chamber sound system, said proposal being in substantial compliance with
specifications, and as contained in the proposal of Southern Business Communications of
February 17, 2006.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract with
Southern Business Communications for upgrade of the sound system in the Commission
Chambers at City Hall according to all contract documents heretofore approved.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged through the following
project account PF0024.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
