AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO ACCEPT A GRANT THROUGH THE
PURCHASE AREA DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT FOR REIMBURSEMENT FOR
PURCHASE OF POSTAL MACHINE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute all
documents necessary to accept a grant in the amount of $8,346.00 through the Purchase
Development District for reimbursement of funds to the General Fund for the purchase of a
postal machine.
SECTION 2. These funds shall be placed in the Miscellaneous -Revenue account.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
