AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL PLANNING SERVICES RELATED
TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF A WATERFRONT COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
C� WHEREAS, the City has a need for planning services necessary for the
development of the Waterfront Comprehensive Plan; and
WHEREAS, JJR has in its employ persons experienced in this area of expertise.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute an
agreement between the City of Paducah and JJR, in an amount not to exceed $150,000.00 for
professional planning services related to the development of the Waterfront Comprehensive Plan.

SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged through Project Account DT -
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
