ORDINANCE NO. 2012-8-7969
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT WITH ENTREPADUCAH FOR SPECIFIC SERVICES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract
with EntrePaducah in the amount of $100,000, to be made in quarterly allocations of
$25,000, to provide staff and conduct programs to support entrepreneurs and
entrepreneurial behavior in the community. This contract shall expire June 30, 2013.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to the Investment Fund
account, Project No. EDO101/004-0401-536-2307.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
