ORDINANCE NO. 2005-3-6941
AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING THE EXECUTION OF A PLAT FOR
WAIVER OF SUBDIVISION OF THE PADUCAH-MCCRACKEN
COUNTY CONVENTION CENTER CORPORATION
C! WHEREAS, the City desires to promote the convention and trade show industry, the
tourist industry, and support cultural and economic development, and educational and leisure activity
programs, which serve the public purpose and render a public service; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to facilitate the purchase of a leasehold interest in the
Executive Inn; and
WHEREAS, the City is the owner of the property in question; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City has executed a new plat for the property in question to
facilitate the purchase of a leasehold interest.
NOW, BE IT ORDAINED, by the City of Paducah, Kentucky, as follows:
Section 1, The City Commission does hereby ratify and approve the Mayor's execution of
the plat entitled Waiver of Subdivision of Paducah -McCracken County Convention Center Corporation.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and published by summary
pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
