Home My WebLink About2005-2-6928ORDINANCE NO. 2005-2-6928 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN ADDENDUM TO THE CONTRACT FOR SERVICES WITH PADUCAH MAIN STREET BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute an Addendum to the Contract for Services between the City of Paducah and Paducah Main Street, Inc., for an additional amount of $7,500. SECTION 2. Said expenditure authorized in Section 1 above shall be disbursed from the Main Street Program account. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424. ATTEST: Tammara S.
