ORDINANCE NO. 2005-1-6920
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 98, STREETS,
SIDEWALKS AND PUBLIC PLACES, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 98-5, "Hanging Banners Across or Along
°� walks and Public Places of the
Streets and Sidewalks, of Chapter 98, Streets, Side ,
Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky is hereby abolished in its
entirety:

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon publication in full pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
