AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO
PAY FOR REPAIR WORK AT THE RIVER HERITAGE MUSEUM
WHEREAS, a written determination has been made by the City Manager
that repair work at the River Heritage Museum will be made pursuant to Sec. 2-659 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized to pay to Ray
Black & Son, Inc., the amount of $10,302.52 for repairs at the River Heritage Museum.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to the Non -rolling Stock
Building Improvement account.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuan
