AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO
PAY TO McCRACKEN COUNTY FISCAL COURT A PORTION OF
CONSTRUCTION COSTS FOR SPECULATION BUILDING #2 IN INDUSTRIAL
PARK WEST AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE DOCUMENTS
NECESSARY FOR CONSTRUCTION OF SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
pay to McCracken County Fiscal Court an amount not to exceed $85,812 for a portion of
construction costs for Speculation Building #2 in Industrial Park West.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute documents
necessary for construction of Speculation Building #2 in Industrial Park West in
accordance with attached Memorandum from Buddy Smith dated December 2, 2004.

SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to General Fund Reserves
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS
