ORDINANCE NO. 2005-4-6964
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND THE COUNTY OF McCRACKEN, KENTUCKY,
FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF A CITY/COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is authorized to execute an Interlocal
Cooperation Agreement between the City of Paducah, Kentucky, and the County of
McCracken, Kentucky, for comprehensive planning consultant services for preparation of
a city/county comprehensive plan.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
