AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT FOR THIRD PARTY ADMINISTRATOR SERVICES FOR THE
GROUP HEALTH INSURANCE PLAN FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a
Service Agreement between Employment Benefit Claims of Wisconsin, Inc. (EBC) and
the City of Paducah for Third Party Administrator services for the group health insurance
plan for the City of Paducah. This agreement shall be effective January 1, 2005.
