AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO PAY
JAMES MARINE FOR MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE RIVERFRONT BARGE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Finance Director is hereby authorized to pay James
Marine the amount of $12,067.36, for maintenance services for the riverfront barge.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to the Parks Services/Other
Services account.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and published by
summary pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
