ORDINANCE NO. 2005-8-6999
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY
OF PADUCAH SECTION 8 HOUSING PROGRAM AND THE PADUCAH HABITAT
FOR HUMANITY, INC.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, is hereby
authorized and directed to execute a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of
Paducah Section 8 Housing Program and the Paducah Habitat for Humanity, Inc. for the
implementation of the Homeownership Program utilizing Section 8 vouchers.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
