AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING PAYMENT FOR THE PURCHASE OF
EQUIPMENT TO BE UTILIZED FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT HVAC
RENOVATIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby ratifies payment to Koch Air,
LLC, in the amount of $71,000.00, for equipment purchased to be utilized for the Police
Department HVAC renovations.
SECTION 2. Expenditures for this project have been charged to Project
Account PF0034.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
