AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND THE COUNTY OF McCRACKEN, KENTUCKY,
�T FOR AN ANIMAL CONTROL PROGRAM
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah hereby approves an Interlocal
Cooperation Agreement between the City of Paducah, Kentucky, and the County of
McCracken, Kentucky, to continue to cooperatively administer a single animal control
program.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute. the
Interlocal Agreement between the City and County approved in Section 1 above. Said
agreement shall remain in fall force and effect for a period of two years and shall
automatically renew for an additional period of two years unless either party terminates
the agreement.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuai
