AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT WITH PADUCAH JUNIOR COLLEGE, INC. FOR THE PADUCAH
SCHOOL OF ART
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract
with Paducah Junior College, Inc. in the amount of $75,000, to be paid in equal quarterly
allocations of $18,750, for the Paducah School of Art. This contract shall expire June 30,
2013.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to the Investment Fund
Account/Art School Subsidy Project ED01 14.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
