AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO
PAY KENTUCKY LEAGUE OF CITIES FOR WORKERS' COMPENSATION,
LIABILITY INSURANCE, AND PROPERTY INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR THE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah hereby authorizes the Finance
Director to pay Kentucky League of Cities in the total amount of $913,963 for Workers'
Compensation, Liability Insurance, and Property Insurance Coverage for the City of
Paducah for Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2012, for the following policies:

Workers' Compensation $283,845.00
Liability Insurance $499,016.00
Property Insurance $131,102.00
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to the Insurance Fund
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
