AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF KENTUCKY
LEAGUE OF CITIES FOR A THREE-YEAR RATE GUARANTEE FOR WORKERS'
COMPENSATION, LIABILITY INSURANCE, AND PROPERTY INSURANCE
COVERAGE FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City accepts the proposal of Kentucky League of Cities
for a three-year rate guarantee for Workers' Compensation, Liability Insurance, and
Property Insurance Coverage for the City of Paducah ending June 30, 2015.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract with
Kentucky League of Cities for services authorized in Section 1 above.

become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
