AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH PADUCAH MAIN STREET FOR SPECIFIC
SERVICES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
Mayor is hereby SECTION 1. That the May y authorized and directed to execute
a contract with Paducah Main Street in the amount of $95,000 for specific services. This
contract shall expire June 30, 2006.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to the Main Street
Program account.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
