AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A SERVICE AGREEMENT INVENTORY ADJUSTMENT FORM WITH
MOTOROLA FOR FY2005-2006
WHEREAS, the City approved Ordinance No. 2005-6-6982 to enter into a
service contract with Motorola in the amount of $58,297.68 for a service agreement for
FY2006 for all city -owned radios; and
WHEREAS, after review of the inventory list 9 radios in the Fire Department
were not identified, therefore, a Service Agreement Inventory Adjustment Form is required
in order to provide service for those radios in the amount of $912.60, for a total contract price
of $59,210.28.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a
Service Agreement Inventory Adjustment Form for an increase in the amount of $912.60 for
the City of Paducah's radio service agreement for FY2006 for all city -owned radios,
increasing the total contract price to $59,210.28.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
