AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 WITH B. H. GREEN & SON, INC., FOR
RENOVATION OF THE AMPHITHEATRE IN NOBLE PARK
�l WHEREAS, the City approved Ordinance No. 2005-5-6968 to enter into a
contract with B. H. Green & Son, Inc., in the amount of $193,900.00 for the renovation of the
amphitheatre in Noble Park; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 is required for an increase in the amount of
$5,620.00, for replacement of unsuitable soil, installation of ProSoCo Sure Klean Weather
Seal Blok-Guard and Graffiti Control, and allowance for a deduction of $200.00 for seeding
and lawn maintenance at seating area and accessible sidewalk, in order to finalize the project
for the above referenced contract, increasing the total contract price to $199,520.00.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute Change
Order No. 1 in the amount of $5,620.00 for renovation of the City's amphitheatre in Noble
Park, increasing the total contract price to $199,520.00.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
