ORDINANCE NO. 2006-11-7211
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF STAR STAFFING
SERVICES, INC., TO PROVIDE TEMPORARY SERVICES AS NEEDED FOR
VARIOUS DIVISIONS IN THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accepts the bid of Star Staffing to
provide temporary services as needed for various divisions in the Public Works
Department, said bid being in substantial compliance with the bid specifications, and as
contained in the bid of Star Staffing Services, Inc., of September 28, 2006, at the
following hourly rates plus administration fee:

SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a
contract with Star Staffing Services, Inc., to provide temporary services to Public Works
authorized in Section 1 above, according to the specifications, bid proposal and all
contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid of September 28,
2006.
SECTION 3. This expenditure will be charged through Public Works -
Temporary Services account.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
