AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH G. HERBERT PRITCHETT & ASSOCIATES, INC.
FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES ASSOCIATED WITH THE OLIVET CHURCH ROAD

IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City has a need for professional appraisal services necessary for
the Olivet Church Road Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, G. Herbert Pritchett & Associates, Inc., has in its employ persons
experienced in this area of expertise.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor of the City of Paducah is hereby authorized and
directed to execute an Agreement with G. Herbert Pritchett & Associates, Inc., in an amount not
to exceed $50,000.00 for appraisal services for approximately 30 right of way acquisitions
associated with the Olivet Church Road Improvement Project.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Project Account ST0027.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
