AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING WITH KENTUCKY OAKS MALL COMPANY FOR
THE OLIVET CHURCH ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Board of Commissioners hereby approves the Letter of
Understanding between the City of Paducah, McCracken County, and Kentucky Oaks Mall
Company, for the Olivet Church Road Improvement Project.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the City of
Paducah the Letter of Understanding approved in Section 1 above.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Ch. 424.
