AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF HBC GROUP, LLC, FOR
THE DESIGN AND INSTALLATION OF A DISC GOLF COURSE IN STUART
NELSON PARK AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT
FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accepts the bid of HBC Group,
LLC in the amount of $30,968.00, for design and installation of a disc golf course in
Stuart Nelson Park, said purchase being in substantial compliance with the bid
specifications, advertisement for bid, and as contained in the bid of HBC Group, LLC of
August 21, 2006.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract with
HBC Group, LLC for design and installation of a disc golf course in Stuart Nelson Park
as authorized in Section 1 above, according to the specifications, bid proposal, and all
contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. This purchase shall be charged to the Investment Budget
account.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
