AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR COMPLETION OF THE DELINEATION PROCESS
AND PREPARATION OF THE MITIGATION PLAN FOR THE GREENWAY TRAIL
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor of the City of Paducah is hereby authorized and
directed to execute an agreement with 5H Technologies, Inc., in an amount not to exceed
$30,000 for completion of the delineation process and preparation of the mitigation plan for the
Greenway Trail segment from Stuart Nelson Park to Bob Noble Park.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to the Recreation Trails Project
account PA0029.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
