AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT WITH PADUCAH WATER WORKS FOR THE
RELOCATION OF WATER LINES FOR THE OLIVET CHURCH ROAD LEFT TURN LANE
ROADWAY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah hereby authorizes the Mayor to execute a
contract between Paducah Water Works and the City of Paducah, Kentucky, for reimbursement
of the relocation of water lines required for the Olivet Church Road Left Turn Lane Roadway
Improvement Project, estimated at $58,718.26. In the event the total invoice amount exceeds this
estimated amount required to complete said project, payment of all materials actually installed
shall be made to Paducah Water Works by the City.
SECTION 2. Funds will be expended from Project Account ST0027.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
