AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT AND ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN FUNDS FROM
THE KENTUCKY INFRASTRUCTURE AUTHORITY FOR CONSTRUCTION OF

WATER LINES ON SHEMWELL LANE
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an agreement
and all documents necessary with the Kentucky Infrastructure Authority to obtain funds in
the amount of $140,000 to be used for the construction of water lines on Shemwell Lane.
Paducah Water Works will administer the funds for the City.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
