ORDINANCE NO. 2007-2-7248
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY, TRANSPORTATION
CABINET, DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS FOR THE PECAN DRIVE PHASE II
ROADWAY PROJECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with
the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Transportation Cabinet, Department of Highways, for the
corridor study and design of the Pecan Drive Phase II Roadway Project. The Department will
reimburse the City up to $325,000 for completion of the design contract.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
